Form Display submit problem

I have just installed the Give plugin and set up two campaigns. What I would like is to use the Modal Form Display to keep things cleaner looking. But, in any other Display besides ‘All Fields’ the Submit button doesn’t work. Oddly, it works fine if I preview the changes.
