Form displays fine, but no data can be input in fields

    Hi there,

    I have this set up to display a booking form plugin (Chauffeur booking system for wordpress) on my homepage via short code. The form displays fine when the button is clicked with all fields showing, however i cant seem to interact with any of the fields, and cant input any data. There is meant to be a map displayed at the bottom of the form which is also blank.

    The shortcode works in other areas of the website, just not within the slider button.

    Also looking to display 2 forms on my homepage but from what i can see will need the addons for this which is fine, just looking for a way to fix the form not working if anyone has a clue will be greatly appreciated.
