Form does not appear

    Hi

    I installed the Booking calendar, Appointment Booking System plugin (free version 3.1.9) and would like to add a calendar with the associated form to a page. The correct form is selected in the calendar but does not show on the page.

    Hi @monita76.

    Can you insert the same calendar in a post or page and check it again?

    Also, we see another form on that page, maybe the conflict comes from there.
