• Worst contact form plugin. I used this form for over 2 months and I was waiting for contact responses in my email inbox. Google Analytics was showing that users were visiting my contact page and interacting with it. But I was not receiving any emails. Then I decided to test it myself and visit the contact page on my website. The form said “message successfully sent” or something similar to that, a success message. The bad news is, the message never reached my inbox. I lost a lot of user feedbacks that were honestly being sent by the readers to me. I am uninstalling this plugin right now.

  • Hi @eddiepalomares,

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having email delivery issues with our forms.

To troubleshoot the issue, you can check that your form notification settings are configured correctly by following our tutorial.

If your notification settings are correct, the issue is likely because the emails sent from WordPress are not authenticated (unlike emails sent directly from dedicated email service providers). As a result, they are likely to be filtered by the receiving mail server.

To resolve email delivery issues like this, you can configure a SMTP plugin on your site so that emails are sent as authenticated. We have an article with a list of recommended SMTP options and links to their setup tutorials.

And if you’d like more help with using WPForms Lite, please feel welcome to post in our WPForms Lite support forum.

    I hope this helps!
