Form doesn’t show up

  • Installed fine, but the sign-up form doesn’t appear on my site unless I’m logged in. I tried clearing cache, turning off the CDN, even loading the site in a private window. The form only shows when I’m logged in, even though I specifically checked that the option to prevent this was in effect.

    I’d really rather not. A basic thing like the form not showing just means I move on and try something else.

    Okay, that’s fair. But it’s not an issue that has ever been reported before so there must be something unique about your set up.
