Form doesn't submit data to specified email

On my website I have made a contact form using the default forms that WordPress supplies that interact with my website’s theme. My website is https://www.mycreativworks.com. It does not submit the form to the email specified for whatever reason. It is also the same email that I use for my admin email. Any suggestions?
