Form doesn’t translate via WPML

Thanks for reaching out!
I just tried it on my end with WPML and it works to translate the placeholders and labels.
Can you please also send me a screenshot with the translations in Polish so I can take a look?

After you install and activate the above plugin it has a Troubleshooting mode which allows you to have a vanilla WordPress session, where all plugins are disabled, and a default theme is used, but only for your user – your visitors will still see the normal website.

Go to its troubleshoot mode and activate only ST and WPML and see if the same issue happens with no other plugins and a default theme.

I just tried it on my end and it works fine. The only difference I can see is that you have even the original strings in Russian, and they should be in English.
Do have any other language plugins which you used to translate those original strings?
