    Hello there,

I’ve bought your plugin, and everything worked well until now.

    – On one popup form, I can’t click on Subscribe button because it is disabled. See the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/m31jb9
    – The trouble with form and reCaptcha shows error every time when you want to subscribe. Please see the screenshots: https://prnt.sc/m31kbt and https://prnt.sc/m31klw

I have tried to change the version of reCaptcha, but the same thing.

    Thanks on your fast respond

    Hi @upss1988

Can you try having the popup appear on a different page that doesn’t also have the form in the sidebar, or temporarily remove the sidebar item? We have a hunch that it’s because there are two loaded on the page, but would love some confirmation.

This detail may be causing all the issues listed above.

Hi, I’m having a similar issue on my site. I have reCAPTCHA enabled, but every time someone tries to submit my form, they get the “Failed reCAPTCHA check” error.

I have followed this tutorial: https://knowledgebase.constantcontact.com/articles/KnowledgeBase/17880?lang=en_US

The form in question is placed inside a popup. Is there any way to make the captcha work when the form is inside the popup?

@missikk2 do you have a URL we could see and test the form at?

@constantcontact I talked with some of your customer support people and we figured out that the captcha wasn’t working because the form was inside a popup. The form itself was created with your plugin, but the popup was created using a different plugin.

For the moment, we have turned off captcha since the site is live and it was hindering people from being able to use our form. Is there a way to turn on and off captcha for separate forms instead of having captcha be a universal setting? It would be nice to be able to do that if we can’t get captcha to work in our form that is in a popup.

In any case, the form is on this site: https://projectbestlife.org/

    Gotcha. Makes sense overall.

I know we have an open issue to disable the reCAPTCHA per-form, but this hasn’t been worked on for release quite yet.

We may need to do some poking at things to see if there is a way to prevent modal popup forms from clashing with any other forms found on the page, like in a sidebar or footer. Am kind of waiting for feedback from @upss1988 to see and confirm details around that.

@constantcontact Right on, thanks for your help! I’m glad that disabling reCAPTCHA on a per form basis is in the pipeline.
