Form Donors count

The Multi-step and Classic form templates can display the goal, number of donations, or donors if the form has a Goal enabled.

We don’t have a function or shortcode to specifically display just the number of donors but the Mult-Form Goal shortcode can also display the number of donations from one or more forms: https://givewp.com/documentation/core/shortcodes/givewp-multi-form-goal-shortcode/

give_get_form_donor_count(get_the_ID())
