Form email depends on the ZipCode

Hi, I work for someone who has a WordPress site with forms and they use Contact Form 7. They want to send the form information filled by the user to two different emails depending on the zip code. If the user is from Montreal, the email is [email protected] and if the user is from Québec, it’s a different email.

How do I do this?
