• Is there a way to get WPGForms to use the UTC offset set in WP Settings >> General Settings >> Timezone ?

Email notifications arrive but the Time doesn’t include the offset.

    Or… am I missing something?

btw… I use a UTC-8 as opposed to a regional setting… this is needed for Contact 7 to send with the correct time stamp.

Are you looking to control the timestamp created in the Google Spreadsheet? If so, then no, there is no way the plugin can affect that value as it is automatically added to the spreadsheet by Google when the form is processed.

There may be a setting within Google Docs to change the timezone for the spreadsheet but it isn’t something I’ve ever looked into.

The Google Spreadsheet is correct, but the email notification from the plugin, the one that starts

The current implementation uses the PHP time() function to retrieve the current time. It has no knowledge of WordPress’ settings. This never even occurred to me as an issue but it appears WordPress has a current_time() function which I could use as a direct replacement.

I will try and make this change either today or tomorrow.
