    Hi,

    I am currently using the free version, can i check if we are able to access the reviews or feedback that is submitted as that is the main purpose of the form.

    Hi,

    If you setup the notification all the submissions will be mailed to your email. But if you want to save submissions in database then you will have to get the entries extension which comes with premium version.
