Form entries missing in mail

    The mail sent after user submits the form is missing an entry from a select field in the form.

    The preview widget is showing the entry. After submitting the form the mail to admin and user don’t include this selected entry as info.

    The entry is also not stored in the entries section on the backend.

    Site credentials are possible via direct message.

    If the input field entry is not showing on the backend the mail will not be received with the input field entry. We would like to check the form you have worked on. Please contact our support center (help.wpmet.com) and we will inspect the problem properly. After that we will give you the solution as soon as possible.
