Form Entries not showing

  • Hi there,

    My website sportswomanoftheyear.com is not showing the Form Entries for some reason. When I click for the specific form to grab the data from, there are no emails listed below as if they never populated and when exported to CSV is blank.

    Please help as we have garnered over 20K emails!
