Form error

    Hello,

    When I try to submit a message using the form with a mobile, it gives an error of “an error occurred while processing the form. Please try again (invalid nonce. Please refresh your browser.)

    It works fine when I try on desktop; however, it keeps failing on mobile. If you turn on “Load form using AJAX,” it should fix the error accordingly to another topic posted about this plugin towards this matter; however, it still doesn’t.

    Please advice.

    Hi @davidparker6,

    “an error occurred while processing the form. Please try again (invalid nonce. Please refresh your browser.)

    This would occur due to caching on your website, ie where the expired nonce is still cached on your website and that in turn would cause the issue.

    If you turn on “Load form using AJAX,” it should fix the error accordingly to another topic posted about this plugin towards this matter; however, it still doesn’t.

    Along with the above settings, could you also enable the “Page Reload” option as mentioned in the following screenshot:

    And then clear the cache and check whether you could replicate the issue with any new submissions?
