Form error

    Hello lscreative,

    I tested the form. Based on the screenshot you shared, looks like some fields are missing. Can you please share with us a screenshot of the “MailChimp for WP > Forms” page?

    Hi there,

    Your MailChimp list has an “address” field which is actually 4 or 5 separate fields. If you re-add this field using the buttons at the top of your form then you should get separate fields for street address, zip, city, state and country which should also get rid of the error you’re seeing.

    I did re-add the fields a view times using the buttons:

    I stillt doesn’t work. How can I solve this?

    Hello again,

    Based on your last screenshot, it looks like a mandatory field “PLZ” is missing. Please see the red bordered field name on top of the form editor. If this is not a required field, please go to your MailChimp account, and mark this field as not required, or else simply add this field to your form.
