Form error content translation not in .po

  • Hello

    I saw in a previous ticket that you said to change in poedit the .po file in wp-content/plugins/wysija-newsletters/languages to change the language of the “require field” of formErrorContent.
    I have a multilingual site so I need French and English. Currently it’s in French.
    So I wanted to translate the form error content from french to english. The one that should say in English “required field” but I can’t find where it is doable. I tried the solution you offered in the other ticket but the .po file from wp-content/plugins/wysija-newsletters/languages/ dit not contain those fields.
    What can I do?

    Sorry for the delay, I was investigating to find the best solution to your issue.
    The fields you want to change are done by .js. and so aren’t available in the .po file.

    Which multilingual plugin are you using? Based on a multisite or not?

    The problem seems to be related to Polygang. I’ll ask his dev if he have an idea on this issue.

    A little info, how did you setup the English language for your site?

    en_US, en_GB ? It might make a difference

    Hi!

    Have you some line like:

    define( 'WPLANG', 'fr_FR' );

    in your wp-config.php?

    If yes, try removing it.
