    Hello,

    I’ve searched the knowledge base and was unable to find a solution to an issue I’m experiencing. Everything is up to date; theme, plugin, etc.

    I should add that on the backend of my site it states “The MailPoet Sending Service did not send your latest email because the address [email protected] [that isn’t my actual email; I’m keeping it out of prying eyes] is not yet authorized.”

    Yet when I go to my account on Mailpoet’s website under ‘My Authorized Email’, it shows on the bottom left of the screen that my email address is ‘(authorized)’.

    Ah, the good ole fun technical stuff I know absolutely nothing about (I’m being a tad humble). Let me be your Grasshopper…teach me? ;-p

    You are using “Info…” on your MailPoet Settings. Try writing that email address in all lowercase letters instead, exactly in the way it is authorized on your account.

    Also, please delete the screenshot that shows your license key immediately!
