Form Error Message

Hi guys,

I’m having trouble (has been days trying to fix this issue) and I have tried everything and now is time to come here and see if any of you can help me out.

So I’ve add an widget form on my website to collect emails to my mailchimp list but for some emails is showing a X error .. it doesnt say what the problem is it just don’t accept some emails (hotmail per example).

I’ve follow the wordpress tutorial and I honestly cant see what i could have done wrong.

The actions I choose after submit are Mailchimp and Redirect and I have already checked the API key and the url are all correct! I have also checked the advanced Field ID as this site asks https://elementor.com/help/form-error-messages/ and that’s been done but the problem still there.

Anyone has any idea why this may be happening?

The website is secure and is alrealdy as https.
