Form errors when Uploads as Attachments is active

  • Hi there, recently I’ve ran into an issue where if “Uploads as Attachments settings” is enabled, and the user adds attachments using the form, when they click submit it just spins and never completes the cycle. The submission is logged inside of WordPress (under Entries) but the email notification is not sent and it can not be resent using the “Resend Notifications” button. Any idea what could be causing this to happen? We’ve disabled the Upload as Attachments feature but would love to turn that back on. Thanks for your help!
