Form expanding on mobile

Please go to Form Maker > Themes and open the theme, that you are using on your form. Afterwards please add the following code to its CSS:

.wdform-field input {
width: 0;
}

Let us know if this works.

I am now using this plugin again on another site and this issue is still occuring. I have tried both of the remedies above to no avail.
