Form fails to email

  • My WP sites are all hosted on a vps that I manage. I have other sites whose Contact7 forms work fine, but this one gives me the message
    “There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.”.
    Is there somewhere I can find more information about the error that has occurred?

    It is an Ubuntu 20.04 server Running postfix.

    Originally this site was held on azn ISP hosted account, and it failed there as well.

    I’ve tried re-making the contact7 form, but it still fails.

    seems the recaptcha was failing, check your browser console

    Uncaught (in promise) Error: Invalid site key or not loaded in api.js:

    this kind of issues usually are related to a wrong setting in the recaptcha configuration, so check you need to make sure that your site is added in the domains section of the google reCAPTCHA page where you generated the API key or refresh the key.
