form field for CSP report-uri?

Hi Carl, thank you for your very helpful plugin!

I would like define a report-uri for CSP, but there is only a report-uri form input field for Expect-CT.

In the content-area of the htaccess (htaccess-tab) is a report-uri for CSP defined as “/_/csp-reports”. Where did this come from? I try to overwrite it but after I saved the change it is switch back to “/_/csp-reports”. Where can I change/define this?

I would like to use https://scotthelme.co.uk/report-uri-csp-wizard/ for CSP configuration of https://report-uri.io. But I have to define a specify report-uri for CSP.

Is it possible to have also a input field for a report-uri in the CSP section?
