With this WordPress plugin, it doesn’t appear that you can add checkboxes or radio buttons as form inputs. Is this correct?

Correct, at the present time, it’s text inputs or textarea only.

Is there any future update that would add this functionality?

If a form is created within Constant Contact, are these inputs available, and then we would need to embed that form into our page?

    Thanks for the quick reply!

No plans at the immediate time about adding radio/check style inputs for things. The only part I could see potentially making use of that style would if you wanted to only have certain options available for a custom field.

I’m looking at the inline form builder in constantcontact.com dashboard and there’s no radio/check fields there, but I’m also check internally in case there’s ways to get that.
