form field not showing

  • I created a profile form, added a shortcode to a page. It then added one text field and checked the page where the form appeared. The field I added was being displayed as expected. I then added another text field and check the page again. The second field is not appearing at all. I double checked everything and resaved the form. Still no field. What could cause a field to not appear in the form?

  • Are you using UM in an unconventional way? There are many missing parameters or operator mistakes that could cause a field not to appear. So, you are overlooking something.

    No, I’m not. I’m just using the defaults.

    I double checked everything and resaved the form.

    You must have permission or privacy settings active somewhere. I would look again into the fields manager and closer.
