    Hello,

    Thanks for the good work with the plugin here.

    On the form that guest users fill in order to open a ticket we only want to ask for their mail address and convert them to a WP user account from there. As it also asks the user for “name” and a “topic” for their message.

    Can we easily change the fields shown to the user ?

    Hi Nicolai,
    Thanks a lot for getting in touch. Yes, you can change both the registration form and the fields shown to the user by adding some code to either your theme’s functions.php or to a custom plugin.
    What fields would you like to display? Currently, the changes cannot be easily effected using an interface but this is work in progress

    Hi Nicolai,
    We are going to have to mark this as resolved from not having a response this long but just to note – in our latest version (2.4.3), we have integrated with contact form 7. This allows you to customize your forms to pretty much anything you want. Do upgrade and check it out please. We have a great getting started guide on it here: KSD Contact Form 7
