    Hi team,

    I logged in today to see that all the fields in one of the forms is completely empty, It is a profile form and the profiles on the front end are empty.

    However, I can confirm that the data (data that was filled in) is still there in the database but won’t show on the front end because the fields are missing.

    When I click the add button in the form I see the custom fields are still there in the list.

    What could cause this and is there a way to restore the forms?

    Any idea why 25+ fields in a form disappear overnight after the update? I did a full restore of the site including the database to one day before the update and the fields still missing.

    Maybe you can share where the fields are stored in the database at least? so I can narrow it down

    Thank you for contacting our support and I apologize for the delay.

    Could you please tell us what the last version of Ultimate Member was before you upgrade to the latest version?

    UM stores the form data in the wp_posts and wp_postmeta tables with the post type um_form.
