Form Fields Keep Detaching

    Every now and then the fields in the PDF form seem to lose their connection to the contact form 7 fields. I am not changing the uploaded PDF, deleting the contact form or updating the plugins.

    Is there any possible reason for this?

    This is very strange, I have never had this happen. The mappings are stored with post meta. It is possible that it is getting cleared somehow by another plugin. Would you mind posting a list of your plugins?

    Some users had issues with Contact form 7 Multi-step Pro before. Maybe that is your issue. I will need to investigate how to make it compatible.
