Form Fields not passing to customer information in STRIPE

I’ve used their guide and contacted their support, which is still ignoring me. I’ve purchased the pro plugin for a client’s use. The payment passes through, and the email in the form is attached to the transaction, but the client’s address and information from the form doesn’t pass through on Stripe.
