Form filed not updating

    Hi

    I have created many form and all the form working perfectly except one form.
    The form when I update the name of filed it does not save.
    Actually we have around 50 field in form but when I delete two to three field then form works well.
    Meann If I delete 2 to 3 field from this form it works otherwise changes not working

    Firstly, make sure you use Contact Form plugin by Supsystic, because I see you wrote tag – “Contact form 7”

    If yes, please provide the page link on your site with the issue contact form and the link with working contact form. Thus I can see what’s wrong and will be able to help you.

    Please create a new field and then save and refresh page then you will see the field is not saving but other form is working perfectlly

    Hi @aniln.

    Firstly, we strongly recommend you to change your admin area credentials, because you published them in a public place.

    Regarding your issue – I recommend you to optimize your contact form by using Radiobutton list, Checkbox list and Selectbox list: https://prntscr.com/ido1ep
    This way you can greatly reduce the size of your contact form and improve it’s usability for users.

    Also, I can’t see any radiobuttons in contact form on frontend of your website: https://prntscr.com/idnzhn. Most likely there is a conflict with other plugins or your theme.

    Please try to deactivate all your plugins one by one and check the issue. Thus you will find out which plugin causes the error. If it won’t help, try to switch temporarily to a standard WordPress theme.

    Hi, @aniln.

    There are no limits for fields quantity in our contact form, but some limits can be on your server side. Please, contact your hosting provider to improve your server limits for POST data transferred to the server. It should help with this issue.
