I’m using WP 3.9.1 with PMPRO 1.7.11 an Wp-CourseWare 2.80 and the integration plugin for those two lasts plugins.

When a member is logged and go to the membership level page, the already subscribed levels are available to renew and non subscribed levels available to subscribe. That’s great.
If the member choose to subscribe a new level, the form pre-filled with the invoicing data of the user.
Then the user just have to choose the payment method.

But… There is a big problem. Any click on the form, anywhere, causes a logout.
There is a link to logout before the form and a /a closing link after the form. So all the form is a link to make a logout.

Anybody already seen this issue ?

    Thanks,
    cEd

I’ve tried to disable all the plugins except PMPRO and even use the default WP Theme Fourteen and the issue is still present.

So the issue sounds to be in PMPro itself.

    Hey there,

Are you saying that any time you click on a link on the checkout page the user is logged out? Could you please give us a link to that page (with the default twentyfourteen theme active)?

That’s very strange and should not be happening if you only have PMPro and twentyfourteen active.

    Thanks,
    Jess

    Hello Jess,

    The url is

    https://labo-marketing.com/membership-account/membership-checkout/?level=2

    or you can go to

https://labo-marketing.com/membership-account/niveaux-dadhesion/ and choose to add the membership called Divi

But if you want to see the logout, you have to been logged

I created a username called BobMorane with a password Roy54/p+mpP
I hope you’ll be the first to read this message and to log on.
Please change the password as soon you are logged on.

This account has access to nothing, but…

Cedric, unfortunately I’m not able to recreate the error you’re having.. clicking on anything on the checkout page is working as intended.

What exactly are you clicking on that makes you log out?

If you want, we can go in and take a look at your site if you become a PMPro member for our member support forums.

I’m surprised you are not able to reproduce the issue.
I’m thinking about taking the $97 membership but I have no possibility for this right now.
I also want to be sure your plugin is the one I need.
I’m able to reproduce the issue using Firefox, Chrome on my MacOSx and on Firefox on a Windows XP (not yet tried other configurations)

So I made a screenflow video with the demonstration of the issue

The link will be https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7BPNGwna9Ok (not yet possible to see it as Youtube is working on it, but will be available in a few minutes)

    Best regards
    Cedric

OK so it seems like there was a bug in the French translation file where the closing anchor tag on that link had an extra space. I’ve updated the files and submitted to Jason for the next update, but in the meantime you can grab the updated files from my repo at https://github.com/messica/paid-memberships-pro. The files you’ll want to download are the pmpro-fr_FR.po and pmpro-fr_FR.mo in the languages directory.

    Sorry for the confusion!

    Just tested and corrected.

First of all, I’m happy to have my issue solved, but I’m also happy others french speaking customers will benefits of this correction ??

As soon I can, I’ll probably take a membership to your support.

    Kind regards
    Cedric

It’s definitely worth it! I’m going to close this now but if you have any other issues, let us know!
