Form Generator

  • Any recommendations for a WordPress form generator plugin with the ability to generate multiple forms with each having the ability to be emailed to different addresses?

  • I don’t know about plugins specifically, but I have been using MachForms by Appnitro with great success within my WP installs. It uses it own database, unlimited form creation, supplies three different methods for embedding the forms. It’s very cool, and their support has been awesome. Look for my username on their forums…
