Form giving a 404 Connection error to HubSpot

    We are getting a 404 Not Found conncection error to HubSpot, though the list is actually there and pointed in the right spot. We are using PHP 5.6

    Anyone know what it could be? We have the HubSpot turned off for now so people can get their PDF. We just manually put them into HubSpot.

    It’s weird, as all the other forms are working fine.

    Hey there Robert,

    Sorry for the delay, I was on vacation for the last week. This is the second instance that I have seen of this recently, and no closer to determining the cause, or being able to replicate it myself.

    I will try to spend some time this week on the problem and see what we can discover.
