Form giving error on submission ONLY ON MOBILE

  • Hi all,

    I have a problem with a form which doesn’t work on mobile. Here the steps to open it:
    1. in the linked page I can press on the first CTA “Accedi all’offerta” which scrolls down to the pricing chart
    2. then I click on another CTA in the pricing chart “Acquista adesso”: a popup should appear.
    3. On desktop, if I fill and then submit (“Accedi all’offerta” button) the form everything works fine – I get the form data on ActiveCampaign and am redirected to the account creation page.

    On mobile, on the other hand, this doesn’t happen and it just gives me an “error” message.
    I tried everything to fix it – first of all, checking if the ID values in the fields were empty or not and they weren’t, to even building a whole new form but the problem occurred once again.

    Some info: I’m using Elementor as a builder. The popup has been built in the “template section” first and then used in the page, while the form was the “form module” in Elementor.

    This doesn’t happen for me, on an Android device. I don’t see any error message, and I’m redirected to the account creation page. See the screenshot below.

    Thanks very much for your help, George.

    I’ve asked different users to test the page on both desktop and mobile and apparently the problem I’ve depicted randomly occurs and it doesn’t even depend on the device, since it has also happened to users using their desktop.
