    Hello everyone,

    I’m creating a questionnaire.

I deactivated all plugins one by one to no avail.

There are 3 parts in the questionnaire in which I ask for 3 URLs for each part, “Link # 1”, “Link # 2”, “Link # 3”. These fields are not required.

(Note: there’s a first required URL field, “Your Website”.)

If I leave those URL fields blank (with everything else filled in) and then hit “Submit,” everything goes well and I receive the email.

However, if I fill in the URL fields and then hit “Submit,” the spinning arrows appear and the page hangs and stays that way.

A weird bit is this one instance in which I filled in all URL fields and the form was sent and I received the email–I cannot replicate this one instance.

    What’s going on?

    Thank you.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Thanks for your reply.

Unfortunately changing themes is not an option. Deactivating all plugins didn’t help.

My web hosting provider solved it. (They handle my email forwarders.) They said they made changes to some rules at their end.

I saw a couple of posts having that solution: contacting the email service provider, or the like.

Could you add that to your FAQ?

I’m not really a technical person, but it seems that when “hanging spinning arrows” happens, it has something to do with security, e.g., security plugins conflicting with CF7. My hosting provider first disabled ModSecurity, but enabled it again with the changes.
