Form has bugs and doesn’t always submit

  • I’m using Contact Form 7 and it seems to have a bug and doesn’t always allow someone to submit the form. For example, when I try to submit it from my Windows 11 desktop using Chrome, I get an error message 30% of the time that says “There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later”. But when I submit it using Firefox, it works fine. When I called WP Mail SMTP for support, it worked fine for them. When I called Microsoft for support, it worked fine for them. When I called someone on our team, he could not submit it on his mobile phone unless he included a phone number (which was not *mandatory). Meanwhile, I cannot get it to submit on my mobile phone, even if I include a phone number. Here is a screenshot of the code, in case it helps:

    Try switching to the default theme, deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7 and Yoast SEO, and clearing all cache data.

    Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.
