Form header not opening for modification

    I am unable to open the form header section when I want to modify the contents. I click the down arrow and nothing happens. I have version 1.12.25.

    Hi!

    The cause of the problem is most probably a conflict with another plugin.
    Could you please, try to deactivate all other plugins, except Form maker plugin and see whether the problem will appear?
    If the problem will not be occurring, please activate plugins one by one and check Form maker simultaneously, to find which one is causing the issue.

    I did as you recommended and it seems one plugin was a conflict (plugin called Events by Arnan de Gans). I deactivated it and plan on finding a replacement. I am now able to open the header and edit it.
