Form IDs stopped working

    My Form Ids appear to be corrupted.

    [contact-form-7 id=”301″ title=”Contact Us Regarding DUI”] was working, however the back end changed the form id to the following
    [contact-form-7 id=”3098036″ title=”Contact Us Regarding DUI”]

    This has happened with all of my forms –
    here is another example the form ID was previously a 3 digit number.

    [contact-form-7 id=”a2cae2d” title=”Contact Us Regarding Behind the Wheel Training”]

    How do I fix this? What could have caused this?
