So what would be great was that in mobile devices the form appeared after the header image instead of being in front of it. I know I have to add some CSS to adapt items to the mobile displays but dunno which ones should affect, etc..
Would you give me some help?

The best way to do this would be to add the short code after the header, and then use CSS to place it higher on the page.

This isn’t a simple thing to accomplish unless you’re pretty savvy with CSS.

Ok but I’ll need different customization for mobile. That’s the problem not CSS.

You would have to use CSS to specify different settings for mobile with @media queries.
