Form in lightbox no longer submits

    The button is the big “Become a Member”. The firelight lightbox still pops up when clicked with the form in it, but you can’t click in the checkbox and the Recaptcha doesn’t work. This has been in place and working for a long time now, any idea what might’ve changed and how we can fix it?
    I get this error in console: Uncaught (in promise) Timeout
    I did test the form in preview mode and on a page and it works there. I can’t imagine why it would suddenly not work w/ the lightbox.

    Could you please try another pop-up plugin and let me know if you have the same issue with the other plugins? Additionally, we work closely with WP Popup Maker.

    I honestly at this point have no idea how to do that. This is an old site, built in classic with site origin, not the block editor. It is not as simple as just switching button block css.
    And I don’t especially want a dedicated plugin with all those scripts for this simple little job. It’s not a site with regular timed pop ups for deals or something. You can’t test at all with the firelight lightbox? It is free, after all.

If the form is functioning well on a regular page but not in the lightbox, it may indicate an issue with the lightbox plugin. Unfortunately, since third-party pop-up plugins are outside our control, we can’t directly fix any issues that arise from their code.

    I recommend reaching out to the customer support team of the lightbox plugin (https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/easy-fancybox/) you’re using. They might be able to provide insights or solutions to improve compatibility with Ninja Forms. If they identify any compatibility issues, they’ll likely be able to address them in their next update.
