    If I have a jetpack form with name, email, phone, event_date (as the id) and form_event_location (as the id) can I have the email subject line pass those values to the email notifications? so far it’s not working.

    New Web Lead: event on {form_event_date} at {form_location}

    Hi @adonnan, appreciate your patience as we continue working through a support backlog.

    You should be able to use tokens like you’ve mentioned in your example. Jetpack should replace the token with the value of the form field; for example, {city} to “City”. They aren’t case sensitive, but the token has to match the name/label on the form’s field. Have you tried without underscores?
