form is not calling webhook

I added this to CF 7 and added the webhook URL from n8n
I can test the webhook URL in the browser and it triggers.
I know that it is running the plugin because if I have empty webhook URL or if I have a new line With empty then form will error
But when I run the form there’s nothing on my listener.
How would I debug this?
