Form is not displayed

    On my website I’ve a form which worked perfectly a couple of weeks ago, but now it is even not displayed any more.
    I’ve tested by changing the Ajax and Page Caching settings, but unfortunately none of them solved this issue.
    When loading the page, I sometimes see an error with the Google Re-Captcha service, but in the settings tab I see the Re-captcha logo so the used keys should be just fine.
