• I have multiple CF7 forms on my website.

    Anyone that submits their information into the form receives the standard confirmation message indicating that the submission was successful. However, none of the forms on my site are sending me emails notifying me of the form submissions.

    Fortunately, I have also installed the Flamingo plug-in so it saves the submissions but this means I have to log into my site’s admin page to check the Flamingo Inbox.

    The last day I received an email notification was July 30, 2023.

    I have had additional form submissions on Aug 3, Aug 4, Aug 10, Aug 13, Aug 14, Aug 16, Aug 17, and Aug 22 that did not generate email notifications.

    My site upgraded to WordPress is 6.3 on Aug 8.

    My site theme has had 2 updates since the last successful email notification occurred (Aug 18 and Aug 21).

    My version of CF7 is 5.8 and was updated on Aug 6.

    I have not installed any new plug-ins but I have yet not tested whether or not an existing plug-in may be interfering with CF7.

    Hey, seinstalls, I’m another CF7 user. Try making a staging version of your site and test your contact form submission to see if emails are being generated.

    If the staging version of your site doesn’t have any issues with emails, then it is likely related to your server; in that case, I would recommend installing an SMTP plugin to help diagnose the issue.

    @plantprogrammer – I created a staging site and tried one of the forms on my website. The problem persists.

    I also deactivated all plugins (except CF7 and Flamingo). No change.
