Form Is Not Showing on Mobile

Hi there,

I’m having a problem with one of my forms not showing on mobile. Before posting, I looked through and found these two articles with the same problem. However, none of the solutions there worked for me.

My form is loading from AJAX, I’ve tried to disable all the caching plugins, and also when I view the website after resizing with Developer’s Tools the form is showing. There are not classes that put “display: none” on it.

However, when I try to check it from my phone, the form is not showing.

Any help would be appreciated with this! Your form is awesome and if I have to replace it with some else, that would be very sad.
