form is send but does not come

I have a major problem. Our contact form workt. But now it doesn’t anymore. the email adresses are correct and after filling in the form and push sent the form will not go to the 3 email adresses. At the bottom I will get the message the form is sent. so where it is I do not know. Can you please help me it is for safety messages so it is very important.
