Form is showing twice

    I have just one form set up but is showing twice on the page???
    (using elementor)

    Any help?

    Elementor includes a navigator like this one:

    Please make sure you have not inserted the form twice. I have checked your page structure, and it has been inserted using the CFF widget for Elementor and inside the Text Editor widget.
