Form keeps loading the spinning wheel infinite

Hello team,
We are facing issue with all our forms developed under contact form7 all forms just keep loading the spinning wheel for infinite time. If we click on submit button with no details it does not show errors and just keep loading. Also if we try to submit the form in backed we are receiving the data but on frontend it is not getting submitted and not even redirecting to thank you page

I have this same issue but do not have the WP External Links plugin. I have disabled all plugins and changed themes and the problem still persists.
