Form Labels Not Working

Hi there,

I’ve updated the login form fields names on the plugin but they never update on the actual login page. Every time I go out of the plugin setting page and come back, the login form setting are back to default. I pressed save several times before getting out of the page and it doesn’t work. I can get rid of the default placeholder text ??
