Form Maker Pro

Hi there —

I am running all latest versions of WordPress and Form Maker Pro (2.6.0), yet when I submit a form here: https://www.owegodogs.org/join-us/volunteer/

I get the error message: “Error, email was not sent.”

I’ve checked all settings and can’t figure out what I have wrong … please help!
